Hermann F. Sailer is a Swiss cranio-maxillofacial surgeon. In the 2023 GQ report on men paying to have jaws broken for “manliness,” he is one of three proper nouns (with Mirco Raffaini and Paul Coceancig) that Looksmax.org users already treated as destination names.[1] The same piece quotes him on the 20th-century rise of the Western “anteface” (forward-projecting features) as an attractiveness fashion — the opposite of the Korea V-line reduction market.
