From Looksmaxxing Wiki

Paul Coceancig
Nationality Australian

Occupation Oral and maxillofacial surgeon
Known for IMDO; SuperBIMAX; custom PEEK; forum name-checks

Paul Coceancig is an Australian oral and maxillofacial surgeon (New South Wales) whose book 6 Ways to Design a Face packages IMDO (intermolar mandibular distraction), “GenioPaully,” custom BIMAX / SuperBIMAX, custom PEEK implants, and SARME as a system for small jaws, airway, and profile.[1] GQ (2023) listed him with Hermann Sailer and Mirco Raffaini as a looksmaxxing-forum destination name.[2] He has also appeared on JawHacks / mewing-adjacent podcasts arguing against treating mewing as a substitute for osteotomy.

Later coverage quotes him against hardmaxxing-as-hobby: jaw surgery for apnea and injury, not as a looks ladder.[3] YouTube comment lore about a 2024 practice suspension is unverified here; this wiki does not treat comments as a board order. Check the current register before treating anyone as operating.
