ID Hospital (Gangnam, Seoul) is the Korean institutional name looksmaxxing hits when it wants two-jaw / facial contouring that does not V-line a man into an idol. English marketing for “ID MAN’s” orthognathic surgery sells an 83° lower-face angle, a longer male jaw, “keeping the masculinity,” and a choice between a wide angled jaw and a softer “idol” line.[1][2] GQ (2023) already noted the geographic split: Western looksmaxxing pays to make jaws bigger; Chinese and Korean men still pay to soften them.[3] ID’s male pages are the hospital answering that split in public.

This is a hospital brand, not a single named surgeon. “No-tie two-jaw” and 1 mm navigation copy is marketing. Not a referral. Contouring + two-jaw in a tourism week is how people meet surgical pitfalls.
