Zyzz (Aziz Sergeyevich Shavershian, 1989–2011) was an Australian bodybuilder and internet personality. From 2007 he posted a lean “aesthetic” look — tan, low body fat, bleached tips — on YouTube, Facebook, and 4chan’s /fit/. Later looksmaxxing boards inherited that meme years before the word existed. He died in Thailand at 22. He is a progenitor pin-up here, not a Kick coach and not a protocol. (Full article...)
