Bigonial width is gonion-to-gonion: how wide the jaw is at the angles. Looksmaxxing compares it to bizygomatic width (jaw vs cheeks). A jaw that is much narrower than the zygomas reads top-heavy; masseter and custom jawline implants are the hardmax wishes.
