Bigonial width is gonion-to-gonion: how wide the jaw is at the angles.[1] Looksmaxxing compares it to bizygomatic width (jaw vs cheeks). A jaw that is much narrower than the zygomas reads top-heavy; masseter and custom jawline implants are the hardmax wishes. Korea sometimes reduces this (square-jaw surgery); Western looksmaxxing more often wants it bigger. See ID Hospital.
Bone versus muscle
