Deep plane facelift

A deep plane facelift enters beneath the SMAS, releases retaining ligaments, and moves skin and SMAS as a composite so the face is less likely to look skin-pulled. It is hospital surgery. Improvement in nasolabial folds and jowls is a typical reason it is chosen. Facial-nerve risk is why it is not a holiday-package procedure.
