A jawline is the visible edge of the mandible plus overlying fat and masseter.[1] Looksmaxxing treats it as a high-leverage trait. What actually moves it for most men: lower body fat, a haircut / beard that does not hide the angle, posture, then medical options (custom jawline implant, angle implants, sliding genioplasty, chin wing osteotomy).
