The PSL scale is a harsh attractiveness rating used on looksmaxxing forums. PSL is an acronym of the three boards that birthed the dialect — PUAHate, SlutHate, Lookism.net — the PSL forums (Wikipedia also records a folk etymology “Perceived Sexual Levels”).[1] It is a forum convention, not a clinical instrument.
