PRF / PRP is centrifuged blood used as an adjunct — under eyes, with fat, with hair, as a “vampire” facial. Evidence for a structural lift is weak. Looksmaxxing should treat it as a maybe-skin extra, not a deep plane facelift or a hair transplant.
