Orthotropics is John Mew's facial-growth orthodontics: posture, tropic premise, expansion, mewing as a public fragment.[1] It is controversial in orthodontics. Adult bone change is the part looksmaxxing oversold. Children and medical orthodontics are a different conversation with a specialist.
Evidence
Adult bone change from posture alone is weak. Nasal breathing and tongue posture are still cheap. They are not a bimaxillary osteotomy. See mewing and John Mew talk on orthotropics as a contested clinic, not a protocol.
