Michael J. Yaremchuk is a Boston plastic and craniofacial surgeon who publishes CAD/CAM (computer-designed, computer-manufactured) facial implants meant to mimic osteotomy-level skeletal change without moving the bite.[1] Looksmaxxing patient logs from the 2010s treat him as the other English-forum wraparound-jaw name besides Barry Eppley.
Long public diaries describe later difficulty removing those implants because of bone overgrowth, and neck sag after removal during subsequent bimax (Sam Bobek in one 2025 looksmax.org timeline).[2] That mechanical story is why the name still circulates: not only the B&A, the sequel.
Not a referral. Historical circuit.
