Blepharoplasty is eyelid surgery.[1] Upper: extra skin / hooding (check brow lift if the brow is the hood). Lower: bags, via transconjunctival fat removal or fat reposition over the infraorbital rim / tear trough. Aggressive lower-lid skin excision on a negative orbital vector is a known path to scleral show and a round palpebral fissure. Scene “hunter-eye surgery” is often this plus canthoplasty.

Skin and fat of the lid, not the bony orbit. Confirm vector before lower-lid excision. Young faces with no extra skin are usually not this operation.
