Leanmaxxing is the looksmaxxing name for dropping body fat until jaw, zygos, and a V-taper show.[1][2] It is body fat plus gymmaxxing, not a third science. Forums treat leanness as the highest-ROI softmax because a 12% face and a 20% face are different skulls on camera.

Method
Gym plus a deficit, not a chewing block and not a peptide stack.
- Show jaw and clavicles: lower fat.
- Keep malar and lid support: do not crash.
- Timeframe is months. A weekend “debloat” is water, not leanmaxxing. See debloat.

Leanness is the boring lever the boards under-talk when they argue implants. Do it as ordinary physique work. Do not treat a GLP-1 brand name as a jaw surgery.
