Jordan C. Deschamps-Braly is a San Francisco craniofacial / plastic surgeon whose clinic treats both transgender facial confirmation and cisgender men who want a heavier jaw and chin — the same toolkit looksmaxxing borrowed and renamed FMS.[1] In 2015–2017 he published the first complete female-to-male facial masculinization series, including a technique to augment the thyroid cartilage (Adam’s apple) rather than shave it.[2] He is the successor practice to Douglas Ousterhout’s FFS/FMS lineage.
Looksmaxxing forums want brow bossing, gonial width, a straight male dorsum, and a visible laryngeal prominence. That menu is craniofacial masculinization whether or not the patient uses the word. Not a referral. Not a how-to for cartilage implants.
