Dean M. Toriumi is a Chicago facial plastic surgeon whose video library and textbooks are the English-language structural male rhinoplasty prestige pole: keep a masculine dorsum, graft for support, do not ski-slope the profile.[1] Looksmaxxing’s own male-rhino rule (“straight dorsum, 90–95° nasolabial, not a ski slope”) is the same rule the structural school already taught. He is not a Kick wraparound-jaw name; he is who revision-minded English patients cite when they do not want a Turkey mill or a feminized tip.
Not a referral. Revision after implant-rhino is a different animal (see Nazim Cerkes).
