Looksmaxxing is the practice of maximizing physical attractiveness on purpose: hair, skin, fat, muscle, teeth, clothes, photos, and — at the hard end — surgery. The word is a 2010s forum neologism (looks + maxxing) from the PSL boards (PUAHate, SlutHate, Lookism). TikTok made it a civilian search term in the 2020s.
This wiki treats it as a skill stack with different time scales, not as a caste system. Forum religion ("it's over," "subhuman") is recorded as slang. It does not set the lead.
