Tear trough filler
Field Medicine
Also known as under-eye filler, IOM filler (slang)

Tear trough filler places a thin HA in or near the tear trough. It can take a shadow off a hollow. It can also Tyndall (blue), bag, or migrate. Looksmaxxing “IOM filler” is this, not an infraorbital implant. Negative orbital vector and real fat bags are why some oculoplastic surgeons refuse the syringe and offer a fat reposition blepharoplasty instead.
