Barry L. Eppley is an American plastic surgeon in the Carmel / Indianapolis area whose published case studies on one-piece custom jawline, cheek, and infraorbital-malar implants made him the default English-language name on looksmaxxing forums for “wraparound jaw” and midface CAD work.[1] He writes in the culture’s problem set: double-jaw advances projection but not width; a custom implant is how you buy bigonial distance after.[1]
Hair-restoration and looksmax.org diaries treat “Dr. E” as a proper noun in sequences with Michael Yaremchuk, then revisions.[2] RealSelf threads also document patients who said a design was cut or a revision was declined.[3] Record both the B&A circuit and the sequel.
