Michael J. Yaremchuk, MD, is a Boston plastic / craniofacial surgeon associated in looksmaxxing patient logs with wraparound custom jaw implants in the 2010s. Long public diaries describe later difficulty removing those implants because of bone overgrowth, and neck sag after removal during subsequent bimax. That mechanical story is why his name still circulates: not only the B&A, the sequel.
