Chin tuck
Clavicle (Commons). A chin tuck is head position; it is not an osteotomy.

A chin tuck (cervical retraction) is pulling the head back on the neck so the ear sits over the shoulder instead of out in front.[1] Looksmaxxing uses it as a free jaw/neck change: a forward head hides the mandible and dumps the floor of the mouth; a stacked neck lets the jaw read. It is posture, not mewing, and not a sliding genioplasty.
Physical therapy uses the same motion for a forward-head pattern. This wiki records the looksmaxxing use. It is not a treatment plan for neck pain.
Method
Sit or stand tall, slide the head straight back (not look up, not craning the chin into the throat), and let the jaw hang. That is the photo. Strength work for the upper back is what keeps it. A 30-second pose for a selfie is fraudmaxxing.
This wiki's view
Do the posture. Do not wait on a mandible to migrate because you tucked for a year. See mewing for the same warning on tongue posture.
