Orthotropics is John Mew's facial-growth orthodontics: posture, tropic premise, expansion, mewing as a public fragment. It is controversial in orthodontics. Adult bone change is the part looksmaxxing oversold. Children and medical orthodontics are a different conversation with a specialist.

Evidence
