Male rhinoplasty is a nose job whose aesthetic goal is a straight or barely concave dorsum, adequate projection, and a nasolabial angle around 90–95° — not the rotated, narrow "female" ski-slope. Looksmaxxing forums often blame the nose when the midface or mandible is the actual recess; reducing the nose on a recessed jaw can make the face worse.
Clavicular livestreamed a two-hour rhinoplasty in June 2026 with Michael Salzhauer (Dr. Miami). That made the operation a scene event. It did not make livestream OR a standard of care. English structural prestige is Dean Toriumi. Istanbul named poles: Abdulkadir Goksel, Nazim Cerkes (revision), Barış Çakır, Süleyman Taş.
Pitfalls
- Ethnic / thick-skin noses that will not look like a CAD render.
- Revision: rib-cartilage rebuilds (forum names: Kosins and others) after a first mill job.
- Doing rhino before jaw when the complaint was profile imbalance.
- Turkey medical tourism high-volume packages: good and bad outcomes at industrial scale; pick a named surgeon with a revision plan, not a WhatsApp broker.
