Facial masculinization surgery (FMS) is the set of operations meant to make a face read more typically male: brow, nose, jaw, chin, sometimes thyroid cartilage.[1] Looksmaxxing borrowed the toolkit from gender-affirming surgery and from ordinary male aesthetics, then asked for more angle and more width.

- Sliding genioplasty
- Masculinizing rhinoplasty (straight dorsum, 90–95° nasolabial, not a ski slope)

- Brow-ridge augmentation (implant or cement) — opposite of FFS forehead setback
- Buccal fat removal (overused; hollows can age)
- Neck / submental liposuction

What forums get wrong
The wish list is often "hunter eyes + wraparound jaw + LeFort + rhino in one trip." Combining everything at once is how people end up in revision cascades (lid retraction after infraorbitals, implant that cannot come out because bone grew over it). A consult that says no is doing the job.
