Facial masculinization surgery (FMS) is the set of operations meant to make a face read more typically male: brow, nose, jaw, chin, sometimes thyroid cartilage. Looksmaxxing borrowed the toolkit from gender-affirming surgery and from ordinary male aesthetics, then asked for more angle and more width.

This page is a map of procedures. It is not a shopping list and not a DIY. See a board-certified plastic or maxillofacial surgeon. Soft tissue (fat, skin, beard) still decides how much bone you can see.

• Custom jawline implant or separate chin + angle implants
• Sliding genioplasty
• Masculinizing rhinoplasty (straight dorsum, 90–95° nasolabial, not a ski slope)
• Infraorbital implants / malar
• Brow-ridge augmentation (implant or cement) — opposite of FFS forehead setback
• Buccal fat removal (overused; hollows can age)
• Neck / submental liposuction
• Hairline work (hair transplant) as a separate specialty

What forums get wrong

The wish list is often "hunter eyes + wraparound jaw + LeFort + rhino in one trip." Combining everything at once is how people end up in revision cascades (lid retraction after infraorbitals, implant that cannot come out because bone grew over it). A consult that says no is doing the job.
