Neck lift
Platysma muscle
Platysma (Commons). A neck lift works platysma and submental tissue; skipping it is a common tell.
Field Medicine
Also known as platysmaplasty, submental lift

A neck lift addresses platysma bands, submental fat, and loose neck skin.[1] Isolated liposuction can be enough on a young, fatty neck; bands and real laxity need platysma work. Mewing is not a neck lift.

This wiki's view

Plan the neck with the jaw. A clean gonion on a loose neck still reads as a loose neck. Cut body fat before you decide the leftover is surgical.
