Lower: bags, via transconjunctival fat removal or fat reposition over the infraorbital rim / tear trough. Aggressive lower-lid skin excision on a negative orbital vector is a known path to scleral show and a round palpebral fissure. Scene “hunter-eye surgery” is often this plus canthoplasty.
