Gymmaxxing is looksmaxxing slang for treating the gym as the main lever: muscle, body fat, waist-to-shoulder ratio, the frame (body) you can actually change without a saw.[1] David Laid is the scene’s proto example — transformation videos later filed as looksmaxxing even though he is a fitness YouTuber.
It is softmaxxing unless steroids enter, in which case it is pharmacology. This wiki describes physique work. It does not publish a cycle.
