Failo

A failo is looksmaxxing slang for a perceived flaw treated as severe enough to drop an otherwise attractive face a full tier on the PSL scale.[1] Hairline, nose, skin, a weak chin, negative canthal tilt, or glasses can all be called failos in a rating thread. The word is a forum rating move, not anatomy.
Boards use it to keep a high-harmony face from being called Chad / PSL god: “would be HTN but the hairline is a failo.” The same photo gets different failos from different raters. That is the scale.
Method
There is no failo protocol. The underlying trait is whatever page names it: Norwood scale, nose, skin clarity, chin, canthal tilt. Softmax the ones that are softmax (haircut, skin, glasses, beard). Medical traits stay medical.

Record the word. Do not let one slang noun set the lead of an anatomy page. This wiki does not rank living people by failo.
