Connor Murphy (c. 1994 – 7 July 2026) was an American fitness and looksmaxxing YouTuber. He is not the NHL defenceman of the same name. There was no standalone English Wikipedia article on this Murphy as of September 2026. Press (Complex, People, TMZ, The Spectator) covered his death.[1][2]

Career

He came up in the early 2010s as gym content: "natural" transformations (The Spectator: he was on steroids), attractiveness talk, shirt-off "mogging" in public and gyms.[2] Pre-TikTok he was one of the recognizable online-fitness faces, with on the order of 2.6–2.7 million followers across Instagram and YouTube at death. He called himself a "giga chad." A late video was titled "Obituary Pending."

The Spectator (15 July 2026) described a later unmooring: ayahuasca (2020 confession video), then — per Androgenic in that piece — a gold fixation and gold injections that discolored his skin. Treat Androgenic's claim as a scene quote, not a lab result.[2]

Death

Thai authorities in Samut Prakan province were called on 7 July 2026 to a luxury rental. Press: erratic behavior, ran, jumped a lake, drowned; body about 20 m from shore; no signs of assault reported; autopsy ordered. TMZ and People: unused syringes and unidentified white pills in a vehicle; black and yellow paint through the property. Investigation ongoing in those reports.[1][2]

AuraRanker still listed him as a looksmaxxer in September 2026 snapshots after the death.
