Barış Çakır is an Istanbul plastic surgeon who trained in sculpture and fine arts as well as plastic surgery and, in his own and course-faculty copy, restricted his practice to rhinoplasty at 200–300 cases a year.[1] He is billed on Istanbul rhinoplasty-course faculties as the Turkish doctor associated with operations “without disrupting the natural structure of the nose.” Looksmaxxing’s male-rhino rule (keep the bridge, do not over-rotate the tip) is the same fight preservation rhinoplasty is having with reductive 2000s noses.
