1stMan (Kristophher Sturmey) is a British YouTuber in the male self-improvement and looksmaxxing lane, often called an "OG" by later creators. He sells a "Better Looking Man" course (orthotropics, body-fat, neck and jawline work, diet, skincare, grooming) and later a 1M / Onem product stack (supplements, members' club, Skool).[1] looksmaxxing.guide listed him among core-space grooming channels.
He is not a 2026 Kick ranking-board streamer. Scene comments treat him as an older-brother softmaxxing voice from before Clavicular broke containment. No English Wikipedia biography.
