PLLA threads dissolve slower than PDO threads and are sold as longer biostimulation (Silhouette’s cones are a PLLA/PLGA story; some Korean cogs are PLLA).[1] Same geometry classes: mono, cog, cone. Cost is usually higher. Not a facelift. See Silhouette Soft and Sculptra (injectable PLLA, different object).
