Canthoplasty
Field Medicine
Also known as canthopexy, lateral canthal tightening, fox-eye surgery

Canthoplasty (and the milder canthopexy) changes the lateral canthus — support, slight lift, tightness. Looksmaxxing uses it for canthal tilt / “fox eye.” It does not move the bony lateral orbital rim. Over-tightening can pull the lid or prevent full closure. Combined with aggressive lower blepharoplasty on a negative orbital vector, round-eye / scleral show is a known pattern.

Support and a few degrees of tilt, not a costume fox-eye. Confirm the bony rim and vector first.
