A neck lift addresses platysma bands, submental fat, and loose neck skin. Isolated liposuction of a fat neck in a young man is sometimes enough; bands and real laxity need platysma work. Looksmaxxing “neckmaxxing” as mewing is not this. A jaw implant without a neck plan is how you get a clean gonion on a turkey wattle.
