A jowl is descended lower-face fat/skin hanging over the mandibular border, breaking the jawline. Filler along the border can camouflage a small jowl in photos. Cog threads can hitch a mild one. Facelift / neck lift is what actually relocates it. Looksmaxxing “jowlmaxxing” as a gym cue is just body fat and posture until it is not.
