Calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA) filler — Radiesse is the name people say — is microspheres in a carrier gel. It gives immediate volume and some biostimulation. It is not HA. Hyaluronidase will not melt it. Dilute CaHA is sold as a skin-quality hyperdilute; neat CaHA is sold as a jawline stick.
Looksmaxxing likes it for a “cement” jaw. The fail is nodules and a jaw that cannot be dissolved at 2 a.m. See jawline filler and surgical pitfalls.
