Facial filler is injected volume under the skin. Looksmaxxing uses it as a cheap hardmax: jawline, chin, cheeks, tear trough, nasolabial fold. It is medicine. It is not bone. A syringe does not grow a ramus.
This encyclopedia names the kinds and the sites. It does not sell a brand. Overfill is the usual fail — pillow cheeks, shelf jaw, trout mouth, Tyndall tear troughs.

Sites the boards name
- Jawline filler / chin filler — contour, not a custom implant.
- Cheek filler / midface — can fake a zygoma in photos; looks like a pillow in person if greedy.
- Tear trough filler — high-skill, high-regret.
- Nasolabial fold — filling the crease vs lifting the cheek that made the crease.
- Marionette lines
- Temple filler — hollow temples; vascular danger zone.
- Lip filler — rarely a male upgrade; often a self-mog.
What filler cannot do
Move bone. Fix a recessed maxilla. Replace a deep plane facelift when the problem is descent. Hide a high body fat neck. “Non-surgical rhinoplasty” on a thick male dorsum is a blob with a blindness risk.
