Bonesmashing is hitting facial bones (usually the brow, jaw, or cheek) to force microfracture and hoped-for growth. It spread from looksmaxxing forums into TikTok via streamers. This wiki describes the claim. It does not instruct it.
Risk: fracture, asymmetry, sinus damage, infection, looking worse. Licensed surgeons exist for a reason. If a page here ever reads like a how-to, it is wrong.
