Orbital vector is an oculoplastic term: where the cornea sits relative to the infraorbital rim on profile. Positive vector — rim in front of the globe, lid has a shelf. Negative vector — globe in front of the rim; lower lid has less bony support, more scleral show, worse candidate for aggressive lower-lid or bag surgery.
Looksmaxxing borrowed “no infraorbital support” from this. It is not a DIY measurement; surgeons use it as a risk flag.
