Frank Agullo (also Fernando) is an El Paso, Texas, plastic surgeon (Southwest Plastic Surgery; Mayo Clinic plastic-surgery fellowship) who wrote, in 2026, that the male consult had changed: five years earlier men asked to look “rested”; now men in their early twenties walk in asking for a specific canthal tilt, a specific gonial angle, and a “hunter eye,” after hours on forums and TikTok.[1] He maps the clustered wish list onto real operations: chin/jaw implants, genioplasty, buccal fat removal, rhinoplasty, lateral canthoplasty, hair.
He is in this encyclopedia because a board-certified surgeon absorbed the lexicon in print, not because looksmax.org crowned him the wraparound guy. That is a different circuit (Barry Eppley). Not a referral.
