Marionette lines drop from the corner of the mouth toward the chin.[1] They often travel with jowls and a weak chin. People treat them with HA in the fold, chin filler or genioplasty to change the shadow, DAO neuromodulator, cog threads, or facelift when the problem is descent.

Same pattern as nasolabial fold: if the corner is falling, hitch or lift the lower face; do not only fill the crease.
