Photos are how most people first see your face.[1] Lighting, angle, distance, and whether you are actually in focus beat a filter. Looksmaxxing photo-threads obsess over "PSL in pics vs IRL." The useful claim: a face can be lit well or badly; a bad photo is not a bone diagnosis.
House stack: same lamp, same distance, same lens, every two weeks, if you are tracking anything. One flattering bathroom selfie is not data.
Not bone
