Trichion
Field Anatomy
Also known as hairline point, Tr

Related Facial thirds; Forehead; Hairline; Pogonion

Trichion is the midline point where hairline meets forehead — the usual top of the upper facial thirds.[1] A receding hairline or a high forehead moves it. Barber talk (“fivehead”) is this landmark plus how hair falls; see hair drape and norwood scale.

It is a skin landmark, not a bone you smash. Hair transplant and a fringe change where the eye reads trichion. See forehead.
