Scalp micropigmentation (SMP) is tattooed dots that mimic stubble on a shaved or thinning scalp. It is a cosmetic, not a transplant. It can look clean on a NW4+ who is willing to keep the head shaved. It looks like a smudge if you grow the hair out. Not a hair transplant.
