Hardmaxxing is looksmaxxing slang for surgical or otherwise medical, hard-to-reverse changes: rhinoplasty, implants, osteotomies, transplants. It is the opposite of softmaxxing.
This encyclopedia lists procedures as procedures. It does not rank clinics, sell packages, or tell you to skip a consult. Bonesmashing is not hardmaxxing in the medical sense; it is an unlicensed injury with a forum name.
