Sculptra
Field Medicine
Also known as poly-L-lactic acid, PLLA injectable

Sculptra is injectable poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA). It is a biostimulator, not a gel you sculpt in the chair. Dilute, hydrate, massage, wait. Effect builds over months as collagen. HIV-face wasting was the original on-label story; aesthetic use is the current one.

Looksmaxxing “Sculptra jaw” is often just calcium hydroxylapatite or HA with a fancier word. Real PLLA is a campaign, not a Saturday syringe. Nodules if reconstitution or placement is sloppy. Not hyaluronidase-reversible.
