Temple filler fills the hollow above the zygomatic arch / temporal fossa so the upper face does not cave beside a wide zygoma. Superficial temporal vessels make it a vascular occlusion neighborhood. Looksmaxxing “temple hollow” is often just low body fat plus a wide arch.
