Canthoplasty
Field Medicine
Also known as canthopexy, lateral canthal tightening, fox-eye surgery

Canthoplasty (and the milder canthopexy) changes the lateral canthus — support, slight lift, tightness. Looksmaxxing buys it as canthal tilt / “fox eye.” It does not move the bony lateral orbital rim. Overdo it and the eye looks exotic-pulled or the lid won’t close. Pairing with aggressive blepharoplasty is a known round-eye recipe on a negative vector.
