The ponytail lift is a fashion name for a short-scar or endoscopic lift whose incisions hide in a high ponytail: temporal brow, lateral midface, sometimes a little lower face. Related to “fox eye” / lateral brow fashion. It is surgery, not a thread. It will not mog a recessed maxilla.
